A few strange news!!

A few days ago I went to the library and started reviewing old newspapers of the time after the war, I found some strange things like this. I could make a photocopy. I am interested in knowing what we all ignored. What all this may be true?

The newspaper talks about some doctors experienced with humans during the war. And more frightening still, about one in particular that this work continued after the war: Tod Black. This common name, easy to trace, but strangely I can not get much information on what happened then. I will go to the library to investigate this man.
